At the start of their career, Noelle worked at Phoenix Services, LLC. as an Administrative Assistant and was later promoted to Staffing Coordinator. Phoenix Services is a staffing company that assists clients with their staffing needs.

Noelle Poirier's education history begins with their completion of an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts Transfer from Washtenaw Community College from 2006 to 2009. Noelle then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Noelle's educational journey continued with their enrollment at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied from 2019 to 2022. During this time, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree, specializing in Public Administration.
