Noelle Poirier

Noelle Poirier has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Noelle currently works at the American Institutes for Research as a Senior Researcher, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Researcher at the same company starting from January 2022.

Before joining American Institutes for Research, Noelle worked at IMPAQ International from October 2014, where they started as a Research Analyst. In this role, they contributed to survey operations, statistical and qualitative analysis, software development, and survey development, among other responsibilities. Noelle later became a Senior Research Analyst, further supporting clients within IMPAQ's survey division.

Noelle also has experience at Altarum, where they worked as an Analyst from January 2012 to September 2014. Their responsibilities included assisting survey methodology experts and researchers, conducting statistical and qualitative analysis, and facilitating interviews and focus groups for Altarum's military, government, and private survey projects.

During their time at Energy Programs Group, while pursuing their Bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan, Noelle served as a Business Administrator. Noelle worked closely with program leadership to manage day-to-day sales operations and develop marketing strategies.

Prior to that, Noelle gained marketing experience as a Marketing Assistant at Dewitt Building Co., where they designed client-focused marketing materials. Noelle also served as a Surgery Scheduler at Calder Development Associates, Inc., responsible for scheduling surgeries requiring specialized technology within Florida Area Hospitals.

At the start of their career, Noelle worked at Phoenix Services, LLC. as an Administrative Assistant and was later promoted to Staffing Coordinator. Phoenix Services is a staffing company that assists clients with their staffing needs.

Noelle Poirier's education history begins with their completion of an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts Transfer from Washtenaw Community College from 2006 to 2009. Noelle then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Noelle's educational journey continued with their enrollment at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied from 2019 to 2022. During this time, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree, specializing in Public Administration.
