Ryan Eisner, MPA PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple sectors. Ryan started their career in 2004 as a Camp Chi Counselor at the JCC of Chicago. In 2005, they worked as a Campus Reporter for the Badger Herald. From 2007 to 2016, Ryan served as a Baseball Writer and Associate Sports Editor Intern at RotoWire.com.

In 2009, Ryan joined Admission Possible as a Compass Guide Adviser, helping increase college access for high school students from low-income backgrounds. Ryan produced promotional materials, wrote newsletters, and oversaw a website overhaul.

From 2012 to 2013, Ryan worked at the U.S. Government Accountability Office as a Graduate Student Analyst, assisting in research methodology and conducting interviews with external experts. Ryan also gathered evidence for agency documents. During the same period, they served as a Project Assistant at the Center for Financial Security at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, researching and composing policy briefs on financial education topics.

In 2012, they were a Scholarship Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Office of International Academic Programs, raising awareness for study abroad scholarships and providing coaching to students. Ryan then joined the American Institutes for Research in 2013, initially as a Research Associate and later as a Researcher and Senior Researcher. Ryan leads and designs research and evaluation projects, collaborates with clients to identify evaluation questions, and manages teams of various sizes. Ryan conducts qualitative and quantitative data analysis, manages client relations, and creates easily-understood reporting materials for practitioners and policymakers.

Ryan Eisner, MPA PMP, has an extensive education history that includes degrees in Public Affairs and Journalism. Ryan began their educational journey in 2001 at Stevenson High School, where they completed their high school education in 2005.

After graduating from high school, Ryan joined the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Ryan enrolled in 2005 and completed their undergraduate degree program in Journalism in 2008.

Motivated by their passion for public affairs, Ryan decided to continue their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2011, they embarked on a Master's in Public Affairs (MPA) program that lasted until 2013. Ryan dedicated two years to studying and honing their knowledge in the field of Public Affairs, further enhancing their expertise in this area.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Ryan has pursued professional certifications to further augment their skills. In 2019, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the prestigious Project Management Institute.
