Sean Hartwell

Sean Hartwell has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Sean started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they worked as a Small Systems Specialist, responsible for computer operations and configuring network operating systems.

After leaving the military, Sean joined Deltek as a Systems Administrator, where they installed, configured, and supported servers and workstations. Sean later became a Senior Managing Technical Consultant for Deltek, installing and troubleshooting enterprise software and information solutions for clients across the country.

In 2001, Sean joined the American Institutes for Research (AIR) as a Senior Network Engineer, where they designed and deployed the organization's SharePoint Farm. Throughout their tenure at AIR, Sean held various roles, including Principal Operations Manager and Principal IT Business Projects Manager, overseeing critical infrastructure systems and managing technology projects. Sean also became a certified systems administrator for OnBase 18.

Overall, Sean's experience includes managing SharePoint farms, migrating content, building dashboards with QlikView, and leading projects to improve technology services. Sean has expertise in system administration, troubleshooting, and configuring hardware and software.
