Lulzim Cela

Lulzim Cela is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health program management and policy advising. Since March 2011, Lulzim Cela has served as the Country Director for the American International Health Alliance in the Kosovo Office. Prior to this role, Lulzim Cela was an Advisor to the Minister of Health for the Ministry of Health Kosovo from April 2010 to March 2011. Additionally, Lulzim Cela worked at the UNICEF Kosovo Office from October 1998 to September 2009, where the position held was Head of the Health and Nutrition Programme and H&N Specialist.
