Geraldine El Feghali is an accomplished educator and consultant with extensive experience in international education. Currently serving as an IB consultant at the International Baccalaureate since May 2024, Geraldine has held multiple roles at the American International School of Lagos since October 2008, including SAT Coordinator, Head of the Language Department K-12, Grade 12 Senior Event Coordinator, Middle School Language Acquisition Teacher, and High School Language Teacher in the IB Diploma Program. Geraldine holds a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in literacy and reading from Walden University and a Master's degree in Archaeology from Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences. Currently, Geraldine is pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Second Language Instruction at the American College of Education.

The American International School of Lagos Nigeria is a globally recognised not-for-profit school serving over 500 children from some 50+ nationalities.
