Shanaz Waise

Shanaz Waise is an experienced professional with a background in international relations and communications. Currently serving as a Coordinator at the American Investment Council since May 2018, Shanaz previously held the role of Associate for International Development and Programs at the Association of Public and Land-grant Universities from October 2016 to May 2018. Prior to that, Shanaz worked as a Primary School Teacher at the International School of Chouiefat and as Chief of Communication at Design4Refugee, a non-profit organization focused on refugee support. Additional experience includes serving as Communications/Podcast Coordinator at the Education for Peace in Iraq Center and interning at the Kurdistan Regional Government- US Representation. Shanaz Waise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from George Mason University, completed in 2013.
