Stephen Harris has over 20 years of work experience in the sales and marketing industry. Stephen started their career in 1996 as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Eli-Lily / Innovex, where they were a President's Club Award Winner for market share growth and consistently exceeded sales quotas. In 1998, they moved to Astra-Zeneca Pharmaceuticals as a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, where they were nationally ranked in the top 5% for sales performance and received various awards from colleagues for collaboration. In 2004, they became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Askua, Inc. where they created a Strategic Marketing Plan and grew the customer base from 0 to 750. In 2005, they joined Summit Technologies, Inc. as a Sr. Director Business Development / Senior Sales Executive, where they effectively identified and established staffing engagement contracts with high profile Federal Government Integrators. In 2008, they became the Vice President of Market Research for Universal Management Group, where they developed key relationships and designed and oversaw production of sales and marketing materials. In 2011, they moved to Celerity as a Dedicated Cigna Account Executive. In 2013, they became a Senior Sales Consultant for American IT Solutions, Inc. (AIT) and a Sales Trainer for Sales Consultants. In 2015, they joined Norcom Mortgage as a Retail Business Development Manager. In 2018, they became the Senior Director of Business Development for Alaant Workforce Solutions, where they are helping the company to reach new heights.

Stephen Harris obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Marist College between 1984 and 1988.
