Ariel Zwang

Ariel Zwang is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within humanitarian and service organizations. As the Chief Executive Officer of JDC since January 2021, Ariel oversees global efforts to aid vulnerable Jewish communities in 70 countries. Previously, Ariel led Safe Horizon, the largest US provider of services for crime victims, from 2008 to December 2020. Under Ariel's leadership, New York Cares was transformed into NYC's premier volunteer organization from 2001 to 2008. Additionally, Ariel participated as a White House Fellow in 1999-2000 and held significant roles at WHEDCO, the NYC Department of Education, The Boston Consulting Group, and Morgan Stanley. Ariel's educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.
