American Junior Golf Association
Chandler Hammett serves as a Tournament Director at the American Junior Golf Association since January 2022, overseeing the execution of 14 junior golf tournaments and coordinating travel logistics for over one hundred candidates during the annual Recruiting Weekend. Previously, Chandler held roles as Tournament Manager, Tournament Coordinator, and Operations Traveling Intern at the same organization, where responsibilities included managing event operations for fifteen events and fostering relationships with various stakeholders. Additional experience includes serving as a Junior Golf Coach at HENRY BRUNTON GOLF USA, LLC, and working as a Golf Cart Attendant at both River Stand Golf and Country Club and Heritage Harbor Golf Club. Chandler holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.

The American Junior Golf Association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. The AJGA conducts more than 100 tournaments annually for talented junior golfers who intend to play college golf. Through AJGA events, college coaches gain valuable recruiting information to help them find the players best suited for their teams. As these juniors receive college golf scholarships and move on to the next level, it is the fulfillment of the AJGA's mission.
