Daniel Looft, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Daniel started their career in 2008 as a Lifeguard at Aqua Management. In 2011, they worked at Iona College as a Shift Supervisor and later as a Desk Supervisor/Security Assistant. From 2012 to 2019, Daniel worked at Richman Property Services, where they held various roles including Recruiter, Human Resources Professional/Talent Acquisitions, and Human Resources Intern. During this time, they gained experience in job advertising, applicant tracking systems, onboarding processes, and employee recruitment. Since 2019, Daniel has been working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at American Landmark Apartments, where they are responsible for designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy and analyzing job requirements. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated a strong focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.
Daniel Looft, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management in Sports and Entertainment from Iona University in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university in 2013. Daniel completed their high school education at Curtis High School, graduating with a High School Diploma in 2009.
