Debra Claytor

Debra Claytor has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Debra started their career in 1993 as a Community Manager at First Worthing. From there, they took on roles as a Regional Manager at Genesis, Fath Properites, Alliance Communities LLC, and Landmark Apartment Trust. In 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer at American Landmark Apartments, where they are currently employed. Throughout their career, Debra has demonstrated expertise in operations and management.

Debra Claytor has a background in Accounting and Business, which they studied at Brookhaven Community College. Debra obtained additional certifications, including a Lyceum Graduate certification from the Apartment Association of Tarrant County in June 2019, and a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certification from the Texas Apartment Association in March 2006.
