Scott Gagnon, CPA has over 15 years of experience in accounting and finance. Scott began their career at L.E. Belcher, Inc. as a General Accountant in July 2005 before being promoted to Accounting Supervisor in May 2007. In 2008, they joined Northland Investment Corporation as a Property Accountant and later became a Senior Fund Accountant in June 2010. From June 2011 to January 2017, they served as the Portfolio Controller at Northland Investment Corporation.
In 2017, Scott joined American Landmark Apartments as Controller, and in April 2018, they were promoted to the role of Executive Vice President of Accounting & Asset Management, a position they currently hold. Throughout their career, Scott has consistently demonstrated their expertise in financial management and accounting.
Scott Gagnon, CPA completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Assumption University during the period of 2001 to 2005. Scott further pursued their education, completing a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University between 2011 and 2015.
