Marykay Hamilton has extensive experience in technical support and administrative roles, primarily with The American Law Institute since February 1990. Current responsibilities as Network/Systems Support II include supervising the Network/Systems Support I position and providing help desk support for 85-100 in-house and remote users. Previously, in the role of PC Specialist II, Marykay managed computer hardware maintenance, installation, and new user account creation. Early career experience includes administrative assistance at the now-closed Walker Memorial Training Center, where Marykay improved efficiency through record organization. Education was completed at Drexel University from 1987 to 1990 and at Archbishop John Carroll High School from 1982 to 1986.
