Nitza Thien

Nitza Thien has a diverse work experience in the field of design and project management. Nitza has worked as the Director of Business Development at American Leak Detection since 2018, where they are responsible for non-invasive leak detection and repair. Prior to this, Nitza owned their own company, Nitza Thien Design & Management, where they worked as a project manager and graphic designer for environmental and print graphic design projects. Nitza has also worked as a Project Manager at ASD | SKY and Square Peg Design, where they managed multiple projects and ensured deadlines and budgets were met. Nitza started their career as an Associate Graphic Designer at Sasaki Associates, where they established the graphic design department. Nitza also has experience as a Graphic Designer at Cal Poly Associated Students, Inc., where they created advertising campaigns and promotional materials for student programs.
