Shannon Padden

Shannon Padden has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shannon started their career in 1984 as the Convention Services Manager at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Shannon then moved on to become the Director of Convention Services at Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina from 1987 to 1989. Following that, they worked as the Convention Services Director at La Quinta Resort & Club, A Waldorf Astoria Resort from 1989 to 1996. In 1997, Shannon became the owner of their own company, specializing in plumbing and leak detection services for both commercial and residential properties. Shannon recently served as the Executive Vice President of Midwest operations at American Leak Detection, where they oversaw the business development and financial welfare of a multi-million dollar operation.
