Robert Balanon

Robert Balanon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and systems coordination, particularly in the field of Special Airport Systems and ELV systems. Currently serving as the Senior Special Airport Systems-ELV Coordinator at ALEC since March 2011, Robert oversees critical projects at Dubai International Airport. Previously, roles included IT-ELV Engineer at OHL International, where supervision of ELV/IT systems installation took place, and Sr. ELV/Electrical Engineer at Laing O'Rourke, managing deliverables and safety standards for electrical systems. Other positions held include Special Airport Systems Engineer at Takenaka Corporation and Technical Support Engineer at Huawei. Robert began their career as a Mobile Network Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent and started in security systems commissioning with Guardforce, Ltd. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Saint Louis University in the Philippines, Robert demonstrates a strong technical background and project management skills.
