Josh Griffin

Josh Griffin has worked at American Licorice Company since 2010. Josh started as a Team Lead in January 2010 and held that role until May 2013. In July 2013, they became a Sr. Shift Coach and remained in that position until July 2014. From July 2014 to September 2021, they served as the Plant Operations Manager. Since July 2021, they have been working as the Director of Operations.

Josh Griffin's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree of General Business in Management from Indiana University South Bend, which they obtained from 2004 to 2013. Josh then pursued a Master's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Kettering University, which they completed from 2018 to 2020. Following that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kettering University in 2020-2021.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) in June 2016, SQF Practitioner in November 2015, and HACCP in August 2015. Josh also holds an OSHA Certification (10hr) from OSHA, and a Strengths Engagement Ambassador certification from 34 Strong, Inc.
