Jennifer Draper Butler

Jennifer Draper Butler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer started their career in 2007 as a Buyer at Aviatrix USA, where they managed purchasing activities. In 2009, Jennifer took on the role of a Teacher - International Contract Position at EF English First, Xian, China, before returning to the US. Jennifer then joined Sports Authority Corporate in 2011 as a Fixtures Buyer, overseeing the procurement and installation of store fixtures for new stores and remodeling projects. In 2013, Jennifer transitioned to American Lighting, where they initially served as a Purchasing Manager, responsible for inventory planning and ordering. Later, they were promoted to VP of Operations, providing executive leadership and directing day-to-day operations for all departments within the company. Jennifer leads a team and collaborates with various departments to coordinate and execute operations strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's business plan and vision.

Jennifer started their academic journey at Bowling Green State University from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design with a focus on General Business. After several years, from 2008 to 2013, Jennifer pursued Mandarin Chinese studies at Eastern Home, although they didn't complete a degree in this field. Jennifer'seducational pursuits continued, and from 2011 to 2015, they attended the University of Colorado Denver, where they earned a Master's Degree in International Business with a specialization in Finance/Accounting. Additionally, in February 2019, Jennifer Draper Butler obtained a certification called Oracle Cloud Customer Connect - Green Ribbon Member from Oracle.
