Asma Khan is currently serving as the National Coordinator for the Research Program at the American Liver Foundation, focusing on project planning, implementation, and evaluating research funding. Previously, Asma worked as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, where responsibilities included content creation for social media and lead generation. A background as a First Responder at North Brunswick First Aid & Rescue Squad provided experience in emergency medical care and coordination with emergency services. As a Research Assistant in Dr. Simon's Lab at Rutgers University, Asma engaged in studying basil accessions and contributing to experimental processes. Early academic experiences include participation in the Science Research Program at Livingston High School and the NJIT Provost Summer Research Program. Asma is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Biology at Rutgers University.
