Dani Baranowski

Dani Baranowski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the cannabis industry, currently serving as Co-CEO and Co-Founder of the Grow Up Co-Op since January 2023, focusing on positioning cannabis brands for success in dispensaries and consumption lounges. As an Executive Council Member of the American Lung Association, Dani is the first cannabis industry professional to join the organization’s leadership for special events. Dani previously held roles including Interim Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Chamber of Cannabis, where significant contributions to legislative efforts and industry inclusivity were made. Additional experience includes strategic brand management at City Trees and sales management roles at State Flower Cannabis and Valhalla Confections. Dani’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Utah.
