Daniel Altschuler

Daniel Altschuler currently serves as Chief of Staff at THE JPB FOUNDATION, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Altschuler was Co-Executive Director at Make the Road Action from April 2021 to March 2024 and held the position of Director of Politics and Strategic Communications at Make the Road New York from April 2014 to March 2024. Additionally, Altschuler was Managing Director at Make the Road Action Fund from April 2014 to April 2021 and served as Coordinator at Long Island Civic Engagement Table from September 2011 to March 2014. Altschuler's academic credentials include a DPhil and MPhil in Politics from the University of Oxford, where studies were completed from 2006 to 2011, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Spanish, and Black Studies from Amherst College, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
