Olga Bakun, PT, DPT, MPH, currently serves as the National Specialist in Health Policy at the American Lung Association, where responsibilities include developing comment letters, conducting policy research, building stakeholder partnerships, providing technical assistance on health care coverage, and leading educational initiatives. Previous experience includes a Policy Internship with the U.S. Senate Budget Committee, where policy memos were developed and background research conducted. Olga has practiced as a Doctor of Physical Therapy at Huntington Hospital and REHAB SPECIALISTS, INC, specializing in pelvic health and women's health rehabilitation. Additionally, contributions to reproductive health literature were made as a contributing writer for Pregistry. Olga's educational background includes a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University.
