Elizabeth Winter

Elizabeth Winter is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the automotive and public relations sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Communications Manager for Corporate Affairs at General Motors since June 2016, Elizabeth leads communications efforts focused on federal policy and public policy events, including high-profile visits from government officials. Prior roles at General Motors included managing product and brand communications for the Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban and developing media strategies for advanced technology initiatives like the Chevrolet Bolt EV. Before General Motors, Elizabeth held senior positions at Golin, where Elizabeth supported Toyota's communication endeavors, and previously worked in various roles at Sprinklr, Edelman, and the Washington State Department of Early Learning. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Journalism from Michigan State University and a Certificate in Public Relations from the University of Washington.
