Philip Crain is a seasoned professional in simulation and performance analysis with extensive experience in the sailing and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Simulator Operations Manager for American Magic in the 37th America's Cup, Philip has previously held roles as Simulation Manager at Artemis Technologies Ltd and Performance Analyst for both the United States SailGP Team and Artemis Racing. Philip's early career includes significant engineering positions at Baker Hughes, where contributions ranged from design engineering to real-time software development for offshore oil rigs. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
