Alex Szostak

Alex Szostak is currently a Line Cook at Roots Burger Bar, having previously held the same position at Brothers Bar & Grill. Prior experience includes a role as a Crew Trainer at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where responsibilities included training new hires, providing superior customer service, and overseeing store operations. Prior to that, Alex worked at Navient as a Customer Care Specialist, mentoring colleagues and handling client inquiries. Early career experiences include various positions in customer service and maintenance, including a Squad Member at MOD Pizza and a Lawn Care Technician for Wheaton Park District. Alex is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science with a focus on pre-physical therapy at Ball State University, set to graduate in December 2025.
