Caressa Moy, LMT, BCTMB, serves as the Financial Administrator at the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) since October 2019, where core responsibilities include budget coordination, volunteer reimbursement approvals, and chapter financial reporting. In addition, Caressa contributes as the Communications & Social Media Program Chair, fostering member engagement through managing the AMTA MA Chapter's Facebook presence. As Treasurer for the VA Boston Healthcare System since January 2023, Caressa oversees financial records for the Boston Healthcare Employee Recreation Association and provides monthly financial reports. With a background as the first Massage Therapist at the Boston VA Healthcare System, Caressa designed a massage therapy program for veterans. Prior experience includes a Lead Therapist position at Massage Envy and various roles emphasizing recruitment and crisis counseling. Caressa earned a Certificate of Massage Therapy from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, from Boston University.
