Andy Roff

Andy Roff is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Associate Counsel at the American Medical Association since February 2023. Prior experience includes holding managerial roles at Factor from April 2020 to January 2023, managing a team of attorneys focused on pharmaceutical research contracts and clinical trials. Prior to that, Roff worked at Allina Health as a Senior Research Contract Specialist, where responsibilities included negotiating contracts for clinical trials and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. Roff also held positions at Medtronic, Vascular Solutions, and Eckberg, Lammers, Briggs, Wolff & Vierling, PLLP, gaining extensive experience in contract management, regulatory compliance, and legal research. Roff obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Augsburg University.
