Daniel Pickhardt

Daniel Pickhardt serves as the Director of Product Development and Director of Dev Lab at the American Medical Association since February 2016, where responsibilities include building a department for product development and advanced data analytics, revising innovation strategy, and leading the development of a data clearinghouse system. Prior experience includes a role as Research Lead at Michigan State University from August 2011 to January 2016, contributing to large-scale experiments on team-level knowledge building, and co-founding STRAmetrics, an analytics company, from September 2013 to February 2015. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin, and has pursued a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Michigan State University.
