Diana Hla

Diana Hla is an accomplished medical student and leader with extensive experience in healthcare advocacy and education. Currently, Diana serves as the President of the Committee on Economics & Quality in Medicine for the American Medical Association and leads the Mayo Clinic AMA Chapter. Diana also excels as Editor in Chief of The Tempest Magazine at Mayo Clinic and holds positions on the Board of Directors of MEDPAC and the Hands On Advocacy Committee with the Minnesota Medical Association. Furthermore, Diana leads the Stop the Bleed MedClub at Mayo Clinic, overseeing community training programs, while actively contributing to social media strategy for the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine. With a rich background in mentoring, tutoring, and podcasting on health disparities, Diana has demonstrated a strong commitment to public health and education throughout a diverse academic and extracurricular career, which includes advanced degrees in medicine and management.
