Emily Harding is a seasoned project specialist with extensive experience in meetings and events within the medical education sector. Currently at the American Medical Association since March 2020, Emily has successfully planned numerous high-profile meetings, including national conferences and advisory panel meetings, while managing logistics such as function space, catering, and audio-visual needs. With a strong background in virtual meeting coordination, Emily has also pivoted to facilitate virtual events, enhancing the attendee experience through effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Recognized for volunteer efforts, Emily holds leadership positions in the Women Inspired Now employee resource group and has received multiple accolades, including the AMA Above and Beyond award. Prior roles include significant positions at Financial Managers Society and various hotels, where Emily honed skills in event planning, sales, and client relationship management.
