Director Of Account Management For Fire & Emergency Services at Global Medical Response

Kristen Davis began their work experience as a Freight Broker at Landstar in 2005, where they successfully bid and negotiated contracts for profitable loads and maintained positive relationships with drivers and freight brokers. In 2005, they also worked as a Special Events Supervisor at Pala Casino Spa and Resort, where they creatively planned and executed special events for VIP guests while adhering to budget constraints. In 2008, Kristen joined Aqua Lung as an Inside Sales and Customer Service Manager, overseeing a team responsible for $150M in annual sales. Kristen also served as the Military Contracts Administrator, managing government contracts, implementing ISO:9001 compliance, and earning awards for vendor excellence. Kristen joined TVRI in 2015 as a CRM, and later moved to Capstone Fire & Safety Management in 2016. At Capstone, they served as the Contracts Administrator and Salesforce Admin, before being promoted to the Western Region Director of Account Management, where they expanded services to the western region of the United States. Currently, Kristen is the Director of Account Management for Fire & Emergency Services at Global Medical Response since 2022.

Kristen Davis obtained a Paralegal Certificate in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from CSUSM Extended Learning in 2018. In 2013, they attended Disney University to focus on Customer Service Excellence. Earlier, from 1998 to 2004, Kristen pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Palomar College.
