Namon Huddleston Jr has a vast work experience in the medical response and healthcare industry. Namon started their career as a Clinical Manager in American Medical Response/Pathways National Call in 1990 and worked there until 2002. During this time, they managed medical professionals and implemented ambulance protocols. Namon then joined Joint Commission Resources as an International Ambulance Consultant and Surveyor, providing consulting services and education to strengthen clinical and operational areas for organizations preparing for accreditation survey. From 2004 to 2008, Namon worked at the Education Commission of Foreign Medical Graduates as a Standardized Patient Trainer, hiring and training laypeople to act as patients and relaying medical symptoms to medical students. Namon then held various positions at Emergency Medical Services Corporation, American Medical Response/EMSC, and American Medical Response, overseeing client services, implementing new projects, and managing service teams. Namon also worked as the Corporate Director of Operations at LogistiCare from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Operations at American Medical Response and Global Medical Response.

Namon Huddleston Jr completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Namon also obtained a Master's degree in Management from the same institution.
