Andy McNeill has a diverse work experience in the event planning and hospitality industry. In 2002, they founded American Meetings, Inc. (AMI), a company that provides meeting services to top organizations worldwide. As the Founder and CEO, they managed a team of over 2,000 meeting planners and partners and successfully delivered meetings in various locations around the globe. In 2020, Andy served as a Co Host for "The Destination Everywhere Podcast," where they explored travel destinations and interviewed industry experts. Prior to founding AMI, they worked as a Principal at AMI Global Meeting Solutions, Inc. and as the COO of Fanizzi Associates, a meeting planning firm in the pharmaceutical sector. Andy's early career included a role as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at NSG Corporation, where they played a significant role in increasing sales and organizing events for thousands of attendees worldwide.

Andy McNeill attended Florida State University from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in Marketing. During their time at the university, they focused on the field of study that encompassed Communications, Marketing, and Public Relations.
