Jean Chen

Jean Chen has over 25 years of experience in various HR roles. Jean currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at AMI. Prior to that, they were the Director of HR & ADM at Chicony Power Technology, where they dealt with people and workplace agenda, developed people strategies, and shaped the culture. Before that, Jean worked as the HR Director for APAC at ARRIS and Motorola Mobility, where they focused on the home business segment. Jean also held multiple roles at Motorola Home & Networks Mobility, including Country HR Lead, HR Senior Manager, and Rewards Manager. Jean began their career at General Instrument Corporation and Tait Marketing & Distribution Co Ltd as an Employment Supervisor and Human Resources Specialist, respectively. Jean started their HR journey as an assistant at 中華工程.

Jean Chen holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. Jean also has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History & Journalism from National Chengchi University. In addition, they have obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from Motorola University.
