American Mock Trial Association
Luke Morales has a diverse work experience. Luke started as a Car Wash Attendant at Zipline Express Carwash in 2020, where they loaded and scrubbed vehicles and provided customer service. In 2021, they worked as a Sales Advisor at Best Buy, interacting with customers and providing information about products. In the same year, they became a Student at UC Santa Barbara. Luke also joined the American Moot Court Association as a Competing Member, participating in discussions and competitive arguments about American Constitutional case law. Currently, they are actively involved in the American Mock Trial Association as a Competing Member and the Vice President for the UCSB Mock Trial. Luke held various leadership roles within the UCSB Mock Trial, including Vice President and Team Captain. Throughout their roles, Luke has demonstrated their skills in communication, leadership, and legal knowledge.
Luke Morales attended Martin Luther King Jr. High School from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Political Science with a focus on American Government and Politics at UC Santa Barbara, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2025.

American Mock Trial Association
The American Mock Trial Association was founded in 1985 by Dean Richard Calkins of Drake Law School. AMTA serves as the governing body for intercollegiate mock trial on a national level, which teaches public speaking, critical thinking, and teamwork through a legal forum.
