Ross Demar is a seasoned program and project manager with extensive experience in the construction and hospitality industries. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Amazon since July 2024 and a Construction Project Coordinator at American Modular Systems since November 2022, Ross possesses in-depth knowledge of modular construction techniques and project management. Previous roles include Construction Project Manager at Made Renovation, Remcon Design Build, and OYO USA, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing remodel projects, managing construction processes, and ensuring timely and budget-conscious property launches. Earlier career experience includes roles as Assistant Project Manager at Aqua Dream Pools and Apprentice Electrician at Bonney Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air. Ross holds an Electrician Trainee degree from the Western Electrical Contractors Association and has also completed studies at San Diego Mesa College.
