Amanda Smithey

Amanda Smithey currently serves as the Member Events and Program Manager at American Municipal Power, Inc. since January 2022. With extensive experience in event planning and coordination, Amanda has held various positions including Assistant Catering Operations Manager at New Albany Country Club and Assistant Director of Event Planning/Catering and Suites for the Columbus Clippers Baseball Team, where approximately 60 events were managed monthly. Amanda is also an experienced umpire, certified with both OHSAA and ASA, officiating 12U-18U Girls Fastpitch Softball since May 2011. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Event Management with a Marketing Minor from The University of Findlay, earned in 2015.
