Amber Teitt

Amber Teitt serves as the Vice President of Debt Management and Treasury at American Municipal Power, Inc. Amber previously held various debt management positions at the State of Ohio and Maryland State Treasurer's Office. With a Master of Public Administration in Public Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, Amber has extensive experience in overseeing the issuance of bonds and advising on state debt policy.
