Lauren Paxton, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in Human Resources, with roles ranging from Human Resources Director to Human Resources Coordinator. Lauren has worked with various organizations such as American Municipal Power, Inc., CAPA, Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, Columbus Symphony Orchestra, and more.
