Ahmed Magdi Moustafa currently holds multiple roles at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, including Co-Director of the Center for Microbial Medicine, Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Director of the Microbiome Sequencing Core, and Co-Director of the microbial ARchive and Cryo-collection (mARC).
