Aeman Zahra

Aeman Zahra is a postdoctoral research associate at Queen Mary University of London, focusing on the early detection of oesophageal adenocarcinoma (OAC) and the genetic and microenvironmental factors influencing the BO-OAC transition. Concurrently, Aeman holds a position as a Cancer Genomics Visiting Scientist at The Francis Crick Institute, where a project designed addresses the evolution of OAC while supervising junior research efforts. Previous roles include a postdoctoral research associate at King's College London, where significant contributions were made to understanding CDKN2A and other gene losses in OAC, and a bioinformatics demonstrator at Brunel University London.
