Dean Bobo is a skilled bioinformatician with extensive experience in the field of bioinformatics, currently serving at the American Museum of Natural History since January 2020. Prior to this role, Dean worked as a Bioinformatics Scientist and Research Associate at Stony Brook University from March 2013 to March 2020, and held the position of Bioinformatician at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from October 2018 to January 2020. Dean began the professional journey as a Bioinformatics Intern at the Boyce Thompson Institute in the summer of 2010. Dean earned a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University between 2010 and 2012, and completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2010.
