Mohamed Soudy

Mohamed Soudy is a skilled bioinformatician and doctoral researcher currently working at the University of Luxembourg since February 2023 and at Proteinea since November 2021. Mohamed has notable experience contributing to the development of the Open-source Protein Interaction Platform during Google Summer of Code 2024. Previous roles include founding Otrends, serving as an associate researcher at the Children's Cancer Hospital - Egypt 57357, and participating in Google Summer of Code 2021 as a developer. Additionally, Mohamed has held positions as an artificial intelligence developer at Jisr Labs and a software engineer at Wadielneel Hospital. Education includes a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from Ain Shams University, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2022.
