Meredith Dean

Meredith Dean is a Major Gifts Officer in Individual Giving at the American Museum of Natural History since November 2022. Prior to this role, Meredith Dean worked at The Museum of Modern Art from September 2016 to November 2022, holding various positions including Development Officer for Exhibition Funding and Senior Development Associate focused on Institutional Giving and Global Partnerships. Earlier experience includes serving as an Administrator at the Association of Art Museum Curators from February 2014 to August 2016, and holding multiple roles in educational settings such as Administrative Assistant and Peer Tutor at La Salle University’s School of Arts and Sciences from January 2010 to December 2012. Additionally, experiential learning at the Institute of Contemporary Art and The Newark Museum provided valuable curatorial and museum shop experience. Meredith Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from La Salle University.
