Sherelyn Alejandro Merchan is a PhD student in Physics at The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a researcher at the American Museum of Natural History, focusing on the atmospheres of cold brown dwarfs under the mentorship of Dr. Jackie Faherty. Sherelyn has served as a Senior Developer for the SIMPLE-Archive, contributing to data ingestion and overall archive testing accessible online.
