Tim Slater

Tim Slater is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in development roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Major Gifts Officer at the American Museum of Natural History since January 2023, Tim previously held significant positions at The Climate Museum as Associate Director of Development and Cookies for Kids' Cancer as Fundraising Director. Tim's career includes strategic fundraising and donor development roles at notable organizations such as Hear and Say, St George & Sutherland Medical Research Foundation, and Variety - the Children's Charity NSW. With a solid educational background, Tim holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New England and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, along with another Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong.
