Voinda Garrett has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. Voinda began their career in 1979 at American National Bank and Trust Co as an IRA Specialist and Customer Service Rep. In 2008, they moved on to American National Bank and Trust Company where they served as an Asst.- Vice President, Financial Center Manager. In both roles, they demonstrated expertise in IRA services, customer service, and branch operations.

Voinda Garrett's education history includes receiving an Associates Degree in Accounting from Danville Area Community College/Danville Junior College in 1994. In 1992, they obtained a Certificate in Bank Management from the University of Virginia, specializing in Banking and Financial Support Services. From 1993 to 1995, they completed a BANK MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATE from the McIntire Business Institute at the University of Virginia in Business Administration and Management. In 2021, they participated in continuing education at the Entrust IRA Academy for a CISP in Individual Retirement Specialist.
