Brandy Andrew

Brandy Andrew has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and office management. Brandy currently holds the position of Human Resources Business Partner at American National Bank of Texas, which they have been in since May 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist II at the same company from February 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining American National Bank of Texas, Brandy worked at Dallas Medical Center, where they held multiple roles. Brandy started as an HR Assistant in April 2015, and then became an HR Coordinator in June 2016. Brandy eventually became a Human Resources Generalist in February 2020, a role in which they assisted the Director with various HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Prior to their time at Dallas Medical Center, Brandy briefly worked as an HR Assistant at HOBI International, Inc. in January and February 2015. Brandy also gained experience as an Office Manager at Havertys Furniture from September 2008 to January 2015, where they handled HR and payroll duties, supervised staff, and managed customer service activities.

Brandy's earlier work experience includes roles as an Assistant Manager at Dry Clean Super Center from January 2002 to December 2011, a Floor Supervisor at Tommy Bahama from June 2007 to July 2008, and a Part-Time Assistant Manager at Gymboree from June 2006 to July 2007.

Brandy Andrew's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at Brookhaven Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Criminal Justice. Brandy completed their studies at Brookhaven in 2011.

Following their time at Brookhaven, Brandy Andrew continued their education at the University of North Texas in 2011. Brandy pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a focus on Writing and Rhetoric. Brandy successfully completed their undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas in 2014.

After obtaining their bachelor's degree, Brandy Andrew decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In 2020, they enrolled at Texas Woman's University, specializing in Human Resources Management. Brandy completed their MBA program in December 2021.

Additionally, in December 2021, Brandy Andrew obtained a certification in Masters of Business Administration from Texas Woman's University.
