Logan Lance has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Logan began their career as a Technology Maintenance Assistant at Sudan ISD in 2009, where they were responsible for networking and computer set up on campus. Logan then worked as a Customer Support Team Member at Target in 2010, where they received the "Employee of the Month" award three times and trained other team members. In 2011, they joined First United Bank Texas as a Teller, where they provided customer service and trained employees on bank policies and computer programs. In 2013, they worked as a Teller at Frost Bank before transitioning to American National Bank of Texas, where they held multiple roles. At American National Bank of Texas, they served as a Credit Analyst I & II, underwriting various types of loans and assisting other analysts. Logan later became a Commercial Lender, responsible for assembling loan packages and presenting them to loan credit committees. Throughout their career, Logan has demonstrated strong analytical skills, customer service abilities, and a willingness to adapt to new environments.
