Trey Penny

Trey Penny has extensive work experience in the legal field. Trey began their career as an Associate Attorney at McDonald Sanders, P.C. in July 2004 and worked there until October 2006. In October 2006, Trey joined American National Bank of Texas as a Relationship Manager and Assistant Counsel. Over the years, they grew within the organization and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel, starting from July 2021.

Trey Penny attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their field of study included English, Business, and Spanish. After completing their undergraduate studies, Trey enrolled at St. Mary's University School of Law from 2001 to 2004, and earned a J.D. degree with a focus on Law.
